Emmy brings a wealth of international healthcare expertise to our community, holding a Registered Nurse qualification from the Philippines alongside an officially recognized NZQA Level 7 nursing equivalence. With an extensive background in comprehensive clinical care, she specializes in holistic well-being and managing complex personal support needs. Having previously worked locally on the island with the Wish Trust Waiheke, Emmy is deeply passionate about empowering independent living and providing island families with absolute peace of mind.

Waiheke Integrated Care Services (WICS) was founded by Emmy and Kaye, two dedicated nursing professionals driven by a shared vision: to provide compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care right here on Waiheke Island. Guided by the principles of manaakitanga (respect and care) and holistic health, we combine clinical expertise with deep community roots to support our clients to live well, their way.
Kaye
Co-Founder & Registered Nurse Coordinator
Kaye is a fully New Zealand Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background in localized healthcare delivery. Her deep understanding of the NZ healthcare system and nursing frameworks ensures that WICS maintains the highest professional standards of safety and clinical oversight. Following her valuable experience working on the island with the Wish Trust Waiheke, Kaye is dedicated to building strong, trusted relationships with local families, GPs, and community networks.
